• Damage Policy

• At D lawn Care Landscape Services, we take full responsibility for any damage to your property caused by our team.

• However, we are not responsible for damage to toys, hoses, or other objects left on the lawn that are not visible at the time of service. While we do our best to remove such items before starting, we may occasionally hit something if it is not easily seen.

• To prevent any issues, it is your responsibility to ensure the lawn is clear of any objects before our arrival.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Sprinklers

Irrigation System Policy

A properly installed residential irrigation system should not be damaged by lawn mowers.

• Sprinklers should be flush with the ground to prevent breakage if stepped on.

• Sprinklers near sidewalks should be installed at least one inch away to avoid damage from edging.

• Sprinklers that do not retract properly can be damaged when equipment passes over them.

For this reason, we are not responsible for any sprinkler damage unless they are clearly above ground, such as backflow valves or tall sprinkler heads designed for watering shrubs and bushes.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend regularly checking your irrigation system to ensure it is functioning properly.
